This One24 Review is for anyone searching for reliable, valuable information on one of today’s newest network marketing companies in the multibillion dollar health and wellness industry.  If you’re looking for the truth about whether or not this is a viable opportunity and whether or not YOU can be successful building your own mlm home business with this company, then this is the mlm review for you.

One24, a new and upcoming player in the health and wellness industry, officially launched in August  2010.  Mark Seyforth, who is best known for his affiliation with the well known Herbalife, (Seyford Manufacturing actually manufactured all of Herbalife’s products at that time), is the founder and CEO of this new mlm company.  The company is headquartered in Florida, more specifically with a mailing address of One Twenty Four, LLC., P.O. Box 510427, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951-0427.  Their first signature product (and only product available at this time) is called NatraBurst, and is being described as a “nutrient dense food source consisting of a wide variety of the highest quality raw ingredients.”

Okay, that was the quick overview of One24.  Now let’s get into the specifics about the merits of this network marketing company as a home business opportunity when considering the 5 criteria for a successful network marketing company. 

These are the 5 Criteria I consider when researching a mlm home business like One24:

1. An already huge and still growing market.
2. A unique and consumable product or service.
3. The right timing.
4. Provides the leverage needed to earn an incredible mlm income.
5. Length of time in business.

So does One24 have a huge and still growing market for both their product line (health and wellness) and their business model (network marketing)?  Ever heard of the Baby Boomers?  Who hasn’t, right?  Well, this particular group of people born between 1946 and 1964 have been the driving force behind the incredible growth of every trend they’ve passed through from Gerber baby food to real estate.  And now as they enter their 50’s, their thoughts are turning to concerns like health and beauty (you know, anti-aging…hey, I’m one of those Boomers, so I know whereof I speak), retirement and security (it certainly doesn’t come from traditional companies any more).

So let’s see, is there a big market for health and wellness products as well as for an opportunity that can provide residual income?  Since the Boomers cover such a large span of years, and they’re just now going through their 50’s, I’d have to say that One24 passes inspections for criteria #1.

I would guess you’ve already figured out that NatraBurst is a consumable product (duh!), but how about unique?  After all, there are new super juices, super vitamins and super supplements coming out all the time, right?  So is One24’s Natraburst really unique?  Let’s take a look.  These are the reported features of this product: energizes without stimulants, nourishes utilizing dozens of super foods, protects because it’s rich in antioxidants, rebuilds utilizing quality amino acids, reduces appetite via natural appetite control.  It can be taken anytime for its many health benefits and it can also be used as a meal replacement. 

From my standpoint, which is one that includes being involved with several health & wellness companies in the past, as well as my wife having tried too many weight loss products, Natraburst definitely has some pretty unique qualities, if the alleged features of the product are accurate.  When we get to the compensation plan, I think you’ll have to call that pretty unique too, according to my research. 

In other words, One24 meets criteria #2 as well.

As for criteria #3, I’m not talking about the current and future trends here, because we already talked about the Baby Boomers when we looked at the market for criteria #1.  No, here I’m talking about the economic climate…you know, the fact that things are tough all over for scads of people, and there doesn’t seem to be any immediate or lasting improvement in sight for folks either.  So I’d have to say that it would absolutely be the right timing for any network marketing company in the health and wellness market with a high quality and unique product coupled with a profitable pay plan and achievable marketing plan. 

So it appears that One24 passes muster for criteria #3, but we really need to look at the criteria of leverage, including the comp plan and the marketing plan to say for sure.  So let’s do it.

The One24 compensation plan is really quite unique from my point of view.  Some will consider it to be brilliant while some will probably hate it.  That’s pretty much normal for most things in life, isn’t it? It’s being referred to as IRP, or Incentivized Referral Plan for Linear Compensation.  If I tried to explain it to you (which I actually couldn’t if I tried), I’d have to tell you things like “you get $1.50 for all of your Greens (personal team members) 12 levels deep” and “you also earn off of everybody that joins the business after you” and then I’d have to mention something about the “gold rush” and “unused tickets.”  Let’s not forget the marketing plan that involves the requirement to get on a waiting list before being “allowed” to actually become an active representative in the company.  That’s right, you can’t “buy” your way in, you can only be “placed in” from somebody’s waiting list when your turn comes up.  Are you lost yet? 

Right, so let’s not even go there.  If you want to really understand the comp plan, you can go to a replicated company website and the founder/CEO himself, Mark Seyforth will explain it in a video to you.  He actually does a pretty good job of explaining it.  That’s what I did.  But be warned…it’s definitely “unique.”  If you want to “see” it, just type in one24online.com, and it will give you a rep’s site…it appears that possibly they rotate reps when people type that in.

I will make what I feel is an important note here, and one that adds to the value and uniqueness of the comp plan.  Mark Seyforth mentions in the video that the company is paying out 50% of profits instead of the more typical 24-40% paid out by most network marketing companies. So criteria #4 for this company, the comp plan, will probably make the mlm industry sit up and take notice of One24.

Criteria #5 is where One24 falls short of the mark, but when I find this to be the case when I’m researching a new company (obviously if their “new” they haven’t been in business for 5 years), then I examine some other factors that can have a lot of bearing on the company’s stability.  Factors like the company leadership and affiliations, including experience in the industry.  My research on Mark Seyforth shows an individual with successful experience, innovation and vision – he and the current president of One24, Joe Perry, developed the first backend multi-level commission program for a meal replacement program they created, and when you look at the comp plan, you’ll see both vision and creativity.  Obviously the leadership is both experienced and proven, and that is definitely a positive factor to consider when examining the stability of company. 

The bottom line is, there is never a %100 guarantee in any business venture, and you need to do your own research and weigh the pros and cons to decide if One24 is the right home based business opportunity for you.  They clearly meet the first 4 criteria we used to examine this network marketing company, and talked about the credibility of the leadership in lieu of more time in business for criteria #5.  I hope this information was helpful in giving you a broad picture of the attributes of this company from home business standpoint, but you would still really need to take an in depth look at all of the factors involved in the whole package before you make a decision for yourself.
